Dr Julie Bayley and Dr Anne Jolly (University of Lincoln) have co-authored a LSE impact blog entitled “Industry not harvest: Principles to minimise collateral damage in impact assessment at scale” (June 2021). The article – written in collaboration with Dr Kieran Fenby-Hulse (Teesside University) and Dr Chris Hewson (University of York) – reflects on some of the collateral damage of REF as seen ‘from the factory floor’, and represents the authors experiences and networks across the UK HE sector
