Julie Bayley was delighted to deliver a talk on ‘‘Making a meaningful difference to society: An impact literate approach” as part of the University of Galway’s Research Impact Seminar Series (17/4/24)
The series, convened by Áine Mhic Thaidhg (Research Impact Officer) aims to “provides a unique opportunity to tap into the expertise of national and international leaders in research impact. Through insightful discussions and the sharing of best practices from across the globe, our series aims to inspire researchers and the broader research community, both locally at University of Galway and globally, by providing valuable insights into optimising the societal impact of research“.
Julie’s talk was the latest in a a programme of webinars, including sessions from Esther De Smet (Ghent), Dr David Phipps (University of York, Toronto) and Dr Giovanna Lima (Erasmus University, Rotterdam). Further information and recordings of all talks are on the website.
